If you already made an account in the app successfully and you still can't see the booking in the app, this probably means that the booking and your account are not with the same email address. Rest assured, there are two solutions to this:
- You can make sure you are logged in with the same email address as the one of the booking.
- You can contact us to change the email address of the booking.
- You can use your booking via the button in the voucher. You need to open the voucher on your phone and select 'Use my reservation'. Then you need to skip the first step (in case you already have the app) and go to the pink button in 2 'Use my reservation'. Now you should see the booking in the app.
