To use this functionality, you must download the MOBIAN app. After downloading and registering with the same email address as that of the booking, you can manage your booking via the app. To extend your booking, navigate to 'My trips'. From there, proceed to the 'Manage' option located in the top right corner. You'll find the option to extend your booking within this menu.
Regrettably, there may be instances where extending the booking is not feasible. In such cases, it is advisable to make the payment directly at the location itself. Please note that we are unable to extend the booking on your behalf.
