I did not receive my voucher

In the situation where you haven't received your voucher immediately, does not directly signify an unsuccessful booking. We advise checking your email's spam folder, as messages can occasionally be mistakenly filtered there. Should you remain unable to locate the confirmation email, we encourage you to contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Please note that you can also find your voucher in the MOBIAN App. When you select your booking and then go to the top right you will see the 'Manage' button. By pressing it, you will be able to see the option to download your voucher.
