Does your reservation start in more than 48 hours? Then the reservation can be changed. You can easily do this yourself via our MOBIAN app. After selecting 'My Trips,' you'll find a 'Manage' button on the top right corner, which allows you to make changes to your reservation. Alternatively, you can contact our support team via WhatsApp.
Does the reservation start within 48 hours? We then recommend contacting us directly through WhatsApp or via a phone call. We can provide guidance on the most optimal course of action.
Do you have a booking in the city?:
You can change your booking up to 2 hours prior to the start of the booking. You can do this via the app after selecting 'My Trips' and then 'Manage' on the top right corner. Alternatively, you can contact our support team via WhatsApp.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the booking for you once the booking is started.
