If you wish to cancel your membership the process is simple and can be done effortlessly through our app. Navigate to your membership settings, select your membership, and then click on 'cancel'. Upon confirmation, you'll receive an email verifying the cancellation of your membership. Please note that the membership will be terminated at the end of the following calendar month. For example, if you request the cancellation on 15 October, your membership will be cancelled on 30 November.
