How do I stop my membership?

If you wish to cease your membership as a Flex member, the process is simple and can be done effortlessly through our app. Navigate to your membership settings, select your membership, and then click on 'cancel'. Upon confirmation, you'll receive an email verifying the cancellation of your membership. Please bear in mind that the membership will be terminated at the end of the following calendar month.

For Fixed members seeking to discontinue their membership, you have two convenient options. The first option is to complete the provided form. Alternatively, you can reach out to us directly at members@mobian.global. In either case, our team will promptly contact you to confirm the cancellation. Again, please note that the membership will be terminated at the conclusion of the following calendar month.
