If you encounter a flat tire on the bike you've rented, you can promptly return it at the starting hub and select a replacement. Navigate to the bike reservation page and choose the 'Return Bike' option. Report the issue with the bike, then proceed to select a new one using the 'Pick a Bike' option.

If you encounter any technical or physical issues with the bike while being in the city, please promptly inform our help desk. Ensure that you lock the bike securely in place.
